NC Smart Home Technology is located in Sanford, NC and owned and operated by Eric Maynor. Prior to starting his own company Eric worked as an IT specialist and WiFi analysis for one of North Carolina’s most prestigious colleges. Having an entrepreneurial spirit Eric began taking side jobs installing Ethernet and camera systems for local home builders and businesses. During this time he quickly realized the need and want for affordable smart home products in the area. With the support of his family and friends he founded NC Smart Home Technology.
