After the initial consultation our team will develop a professionally comprehensive layout for your specific project, along with a quote. Prices quoted are good for 30 days
Project Management and Installation
When we enter into a contract agreement, based on your particular plan, we will begin implementation of the job. Coordinating every aspect from ordering parts, to scheduling with other contractors, to prewire installation, to integration, training and support. Our team will ensure that outstanding attention to detail is given to each and every project.

Programming and Customer Training
A certified team leader will make sure all your products are seamlessly integrated. That leader will provide training to our clients, guiding them through the full features and capabilities of their specific project. If the project involves one of our smart home systems, training will include all things in relation to their in wall lighting and control system, to the mobile app. Due to the amount of time this step takes, other integrators often skip this step deeming it unnecessary. NC Smart Home Technology views this step as vital, setting our company apart from others, by providing exceptional service and support by building long term customer relationships. We want to not only meet but exceed our client’s expectations.

We offer a one year warranty on parts from the date of installation.
